​About The Role
​btl., a strategic marketing agency, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that elevate our clients' brands across a wide range of digital platforms.
​You will be the driving force behind the visual identity of our marketing campaigns, translating strategic objectives into engaging designs that capture attention and drive results. This role requires a blend of creative talent, technical skill, and a deep understanding of branding in the digital landscape.

​Key Responsibilities:
​Design and produce a wide range of digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, ad creatives, email templates, and web banners.
​Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
​Create branding materials, including logos, style guides, and presentations for various clients.
​Ensure all visual content is consistent, high-quality, and optimized for each digital channel.
​Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through to completion, while meeting deadlines.
​Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

​Qualifications:
​Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in digital marketing.
​Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
​A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
​Experience designing for various social media platforms and digital ad formats.
​Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to a team.
​(Bonus) Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a significant plus.
