Graphic Designer (3–5 Years of Experience)

We are hiring a full-time Graphic Designer with a background in Design or Visual Communication to join our Media Communications team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the visual identity of a research-driven organization committed to climate justice and a just energy transition through creative, impactful, and data-informed design.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create data visualizations for research publications and public campaigns.
2. Design engaging social media content aligned with organizational goals.
3. Develop user-friendly UI/UX designs for digital platforms.
4. Produce print materials for events, outreach, and publications.
5. Design reports and documents with strong visual coherence and clarity.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Design or a related field.
2. Three to five years of professional experience in digital and print design.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in visual storytelling, brand design, and layout.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment.
5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
6. Sound understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
