The City School is seeking qualified candidates for the position of General Manager - Human Resources (Organisational Development) at The City School Head Office, Lahore.
Responsibilities
- Support the CHRO in executing the organisation's People Strategy through strategic HR and Organisational Development initiatives.
- Lead HR policy development, governance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Drive employee engagement, organisational culture, employer branding, and employee experience initiatives.
- Lead HR communications and ensure consistent implementation of people practices.
- Develop competency frameworks, career pathways, and succession planning programmes.
- Strengthen leadership capability through organisational development initiatives.
- Partner with Regional HR teams and business leaders to ensure consistent HR implementation.
- Lead employee relations initiatives and provide guidance on workplace matters.
- Analyse HR metrics and organisational trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional HR projects and organisational change initiatives.
- Perform any other task assigned by the management.
