Are you a detail-driven estimator with deep knowledge of the U.S & U.K construction market? Klix is looking for experienced General Contractor (GC) Estimators based in the United States to support our growing pipeline of residential and commercial projects.

📍 Location: DHA Phase 8 Lahore
🕒 Timings: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7 PM–4 AM
📅 Start Date: ASAP
🔨 What You’ll Do:
•Produce accurate, detailed cost estimates for ground-up and remodel construction projects
•Interpret architectural drawings, scopes of work, and specifications
•Source and evaluate subcontractor bids across U.S & UK markets
•Collaborate with project managers, designers, and sales teams
•Identify cost-saving opportunities and highlight potential risk factors
•Maintain pricing databases and continuously track market changes
✅ What You Bring:
•3+ years of estimating experience with a U.S or UK base d general contractor
•Familiarity with national and regional construction costs
•Experience with tools like Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar
•Strong understanding of U.S. building codes and construction practices
•Excellent time management—ability to juggle multiple estimates per week
•Clear communication and attention to detail
