🚀 Arpatech (Pvt) Ltd is Hiring: Functional Consultant – AI (Part-time) 🚀
Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and map business workflows.
✅ Lead AI agent initiatives from discovery to deployment.
✅ Design and configure AI agents, workflows, actions, rules, and guardrails.
✅ Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, ticketing platforms, and APIs.
✅ Translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
✅ Define success metrics and drive continuous optimization.
✅ Support UAT, training, deployment, and change management activities.
✅ Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
Requirement for the role:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, or Digital Transformation.
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
✔️ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Google Agentspace, or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
✔️ Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, intent management, context handling, memory, and tool orchestration.
✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
