We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer willing to work Full time. The Job description is as follows:

About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Developer skilled in React.js, Laravel, and Python to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and can build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js for front-end, Laravel for back-end, and Python for server-side logic or microservices.
- Build and integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between client and server.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and improve development best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience with React.js, Laravel (PHP), and Python development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end workflows.
- Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI is a plus.
- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic understanding of front-end testing frameworks.
