Open Position: Full-Stack Developer
Onsite role in I-9/3, Islamabad
xFlow Research Inc. is looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to design and implement web applications end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for everything from crafting beautiful user interfaces to designing scalable backend APIs.
Responsibilities:
• Develop responsive web applications using React/Next.js (or similar frameworks)
• Design and implement backend services with Node.js / NestJS / Express
• Build and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Write secure and optimized RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA team
• Implement authentication, role-based access, and security best practices
• Maintain version control and participate in code reviews
• Experience with microservices & serverless architecture
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Next.js)
• Experience in backend frameworks (Node.js, NestJS, Express)
• Solid understanding of databases & ORM tools (Prisma, Sequelize, etc.)
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Prior work on AI, real-time data apps, or large-scale SaaS platforms
