Job Description: Full Stack Developer (3 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in web application development and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, a good understanding of databases, and practical exposure to deployment processes on cloud or on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications (front-end and back-end).
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Develop RESTful APIs / GraphQL services and integrate with front-end applications.
Manage database schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity.
Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) or on-premise servers.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for smooth deployment.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Ensure security, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.
Stay updated with the latest trends in web development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Angular / Vue.js.
Backend: Node.js / Express.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational & NoSQL databases.
Deployment & DevOps: Hands-on with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on AWS / Azure / GCP.
Version Control: Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket.
Other: Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices.
Good to Have (Optional but Preferred)
Experience with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of GraphQL.
Familiarity with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Selenium, etc.).
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
