Fulfillment Officer

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿

Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a proactive Fulfillment Officer to manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process at warehouse Korangi, Karachi. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order processing, timely dispatch, inventory coordination, and seamless communication with warehouses, logistics partners, and customer service teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 1–2 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to successful dispatch.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order picking, packing, and shipment.

- Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and within the defined SLA.

- Monitor order status and resolve fulfillment-related issues promptly.

- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.

- Track daily dispatches, pending orders, cancellations, and returns.

- Reconcile order, inventory, and dispatch records to ensure data accuracy.

- Maintain accurate fulfillment records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Coordinate with Customer Support to resolve delivery and order-related queries.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and fulfillment quality standards.

- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

- Support inventory counts and stock reconciliation activities when required.
