Arcana Info is looking for Front Desk Receptionist for Islamabad Office
π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π:
-Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls.
-Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper visitor management protocols.
-Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
-Handle company medical insurance processes, including timely addition and deletion of employee data.
-Coordinate with the insurance company to ensure smooth processing of claims and updates.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, couriers, etc.).
-Assist HR and Admin with documentation and office support tasks.
Location: Islamabad
Role: Onsite β Full Time
Experience: 1β2 Years
