Responsibilities.
1) Lead the sales floor to ensure a smooth, customer-friendly shopping experience
2) Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets
3) Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked
4) Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues professionally
5) Monitor footfall, sales performance, and implement strategies for improvement
Requirements.
1) Minimum 3-4 years of retail experience.
2) Education: At lease bachelors.
3) Strong leadership and people management skills
4) Energetic personality.
