We are seeking an experienced and strategic 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead our finance function at Carpe Diem. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of proven experience in Finance Management within IT or technology-driven companies. This role requires expertise in taxation, IT-related finance frameworks, compliance, and financial systems.

♦️𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

♦️𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:

Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, SECP requirements, and IT industry financial frameworks.

Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls to support organizational objectives.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Manage cash flow, investments, and working capital effectively.

Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.

⁠Provide strategic insights to leadership through financial analysis and reporting.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.

♦️𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

ACCA, CA Qualified/Finalist with MBA in Finance or in relevant field will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of IFRS & IAS system.

6–8 years of proven experience in Finance Management
