Key Responsibilities:
Generate and dispatch customer invoices promptly.
Monitor receivables for delayed or non-payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on any discrepancies.
Communicate with clients regarding withholding tax issues via phone, email, or mail.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
Apply and allocate customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Process credit memos, refunds, and necessary adjustments.
Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing issues.
Prepare AR aging reports for monthly financial closing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo).
Knowledge of Sales Tax and Income Tax Withholding (WHT).
Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
High attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
