🕒 Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
📍 Location: Virtelligence I-10/3, Islamabad (Onsite)
- Summary:
We’re hiring a Finance Coordinator to handle core accounting tasks, ensure accurate reporting, and support compliance during the night shift.
- Key Responsibilities:
Post journal entries & maintain the general ledger.
Manage accounts payable & receivable.
Perform bank/credit card reconciliations.
Use Quick Books (1–2 years’ experience required) for daily accounting & reporting.
Assist with month end/year end closings & audits.
Maintain financial records & resolve discrepancies.
- Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business.
1–3 years’ experience in finance/accounting.
1–2 years of QuickBooks experience (must).
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Fluent spoken & written English (must).
Available to work onsite during night shift.
