Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Documentation Executive to handle all aspects of export documentation and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate preparation of shipping and export documents in compliance with international regulations and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
>Prepare and manage export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
>Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
>Liaise with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to gather necessary shipment details.
>Submit shipping documents to banks under LC (Letter of Credit) or other payment terms.
>Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and incoterms.
Salary Range: 60 - 70K
