Executive Warehouse & Logistics

Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves overseeing inventory control, inbound and outbound processes, team coordination, and system accuracy while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with standards, and achievement of key performance targets.

Department: Warehouse & Logistics

Location: Islamabad

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration preferred)

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inbound and outbound warehouse operations.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock control efficiency.

• Monitor and resolve stock discrepancies through proper reconciliation.

• Lead and manage operational teams to achieve productivity targets.

• Track warehouse KPIs and generate performance reports.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.

Skills & Competencies

• Mandatory proficiency in SAP (WM/MM/SD modules preferred).

• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel (reporting, pivot tables, data analysis).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
