Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Planning to join our team. If you have an engineering background and expertise in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Develop, monitor, and update project plans and schedules

• Prepare project timelines, resource allocation plans, and progress reports

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution

• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and status reports

• Assist in project planning and performance tracking

• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or a related discipline)

✔ 2–4 years of experience in project planning or project coordination

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD (mandatory)

✔ Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
