Job Opportunity: Executive Internal Audit
Location: Korangi, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and verify monthly physical stock counts.
Match physical stock against system-generated reports.
Prepare and submit audit findings to the Head of Department for review.
Perform daily cash counts and assist with cash and bank audit tasks.
Review daily vouchers, disbursement reports, and receipts (as required).
Verify factory bills on a monthly basis.
Audit Full & Final (F&F) settlements per company policy.
Verify Internal Orders for production.
Audit Sales Orders, Bill of Materials (BOMs), job closures, and daily/waste production records.
Conduct marketing audits; prepare unsold fabric and article rejection reports.
Perform purchase verifications including vendor verification and rate comparisons.
Audit all store inward transactions and ensure accuracy.
Conduct yarn inward audits and reconciliations when necessary.
Assist with any additional audit tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
ACCA or related certification will be preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in auditing.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
