Job Title: Executive Coordinator

Location: Head Office Islamabad– Kitchen Cuisine Pvt. Ltd., Islamabad

Reporting To: CEO and Directors

Job Summary:

Kitchen Cuisine Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to provide comprehensive business and administrative support to the CEO and Directors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily schedules, assisting in planning and documentation, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth coordination across executive functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and Directors.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel plans.

• Draft, review, and edit official correspondence, reports, and internal documents.

• Assist in preparing business presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.

• Coordinate with internal departments for follow-ups and task execution as directed by management.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.

• Support in organizing internal and external meetings, events, and visits.

• Track key deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned executive tasks.

• Handle day-to-day administrative activities and perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in executive coordination, office administration, or business support roles (experience in a corporate or hospitality environment preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle pressure and deadlines effectively.
