🔹 We’re Hiring – Enterprise Support Officer – I 🔹
Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad is looking for a motivated Enterprise Support Officer – I to join our IT Support Department.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user IT support and escalate issues to relevant teams (hardware, network, software, IT Operations).
Supervise and maintain complaint logs (TMS) and ensure timely resolution.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and related applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Deploy and configure Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows-based systems.
Install and monitor antivirus solutions and printing services.
Assist in system performance evaluation, tuning, and modifications.
Provide technical guidance and training to staff on IT systems and applications.
📌 Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience (IT support exposure preferred).
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and system administration.
Familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows OS.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
