Job Description

Position Title: English Instructor (Preferably Female)
Location: On-site – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Employment Type: Part Time
Reporting To: HR

Job Summary

The English Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions focused on improving employees’ communication skills in a professional setting. This includes spoken English, business correspondence, presentation to clients, and overall confidence in workplace communication.

Key Responsibilities

▶️ Conduct interactive English language and communication sessions for employees.
▶️ Develop customized training modules for different employee levels.
▶️ Focus on improving verbal communication, business correspondence, and presentation skills.
▶️ Assess employee progress and provide constructive feedback.
▶️ Encourage a positive, motivating, and learning-oriented environment.
▶️ Collaborate with HR/Management to align training with organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

▶️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communication, or related field.
▶️ Proven experience as an English Instructor/Trainer, preferably in a corporate setting.
▶️ Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and business communication.
▶️ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
▶️ Ability to design engaging and practical training content.

Preferred Qualifications

▶️ Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or equivalent.
▶️ Experience in soft skills or corporate training.
