Engineering Manager

We’re seeking an experienced "Engineering Manager" to lead our fully remote, multidisciplinary engineering team (software development, automation, data science, and web applications). In this leadership role, you’ll drive projects from concept to launch, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed engineering team.

- Oversee full product development lifecycles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals.

- Drive technical architecture, scalability, and system quality.

- Recruit, evaluate, and grow engineering talent.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience (3+ years in leadership).

- Proven success in launching/managing software projects.

- Strong knowledge of NextJS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, serverless infrastructure.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and remote team management.

- Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Additional Requirements (Must-Have) :

- Ability to work full PST hours (8 AM – 5 PM California time).

- Fluent English communication (spoken & written).

- A Windows or Mac computer with webcam available for daily use.

- VPN software installation on the work computer.

- Willingness to sign an NDA.

- Completion of employment verification and a comprehensive background check.

- Passing any role-related technical/aptitude assessments.

Preferred Background :

- Experience with fintech, lending, or real estate platforms.

- Exposure to data science or automation projects.

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GitHub.
