🚀 PureLogics is looking for Engagement Manager 🤔
👉 Experience: 10 - 12 years of experience in client-facing roles (Engagement Manager / CSM / Project Manager) in a SaaS or tech environment.
👉 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Key Responsibilities:

💡Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth delivery and post-launch engagement.
💡Drive onboarding, training, and successful deployment of client products.
💡Understand client business goals and align our solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
💡Manage timelines, resources, and client expectations across multiple projects.
💡Identify growth opportunities within accounts (upsell/cross-sell) and support the Sales team in converting them.
💡Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the client journey.
💡Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:

💡Proven success managing B2B SaaS clients and leading complex project implementations.
💡Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
💡Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
💡Tech-savvy and able to translate technical concepts into business value.
Nice to Have:

💡Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/PM platforms.
💡Certifications like PMP, CSM, or Customer Success certifications are a plus.
💡Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or API-based integrations
