Position:

Energiser - Real Estate (Project Management), Weaves Corporation, Karachi

Role Overview:

Weaves Corporation Limited is looking for a qualified individual for the role of Energiser - Real Estate to join our Real Estate team. This position is responsible for executing construction projects within defined timelines and budgets while ensuring seamless coordination across consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

 

Project Management:

- Execute project plans in coordination with consultants and contractors.

- Submit the construction project plans as part of the Master Project Plan.

- Track and report project progress on a weekly basis.

- Review and implement contractors' project organograms to improve visibility and enhance subcontractor timelines.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bottlenecks impacting project execution.

 

Construction:

- Ensure compliance with approved construction plans through regular site reviews.

- Resolve on-site construction issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

- Audit construction materials received against consultant-defined quality standards.

- Ensure testing and commissioning of store and factory installations are completed as per the approved plan.

- Implement Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programmes in accordance with consultant-defined standards.

 

Experience & Education:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Construction

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
