Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is urgently on a lookout for Employer Branding Executive who will be responsible for building & promoting our employer brand across both the Software Development and BPO business units.

Role: Employer Branding Executive
Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi - Pakistan
Days: Mon - Fri (only)
Shift: Candidate must be flexible
Salary: 80K to 90K
Job Description:
▶️ 1 year of professional experience as Employer Branding Executive.
▶️ Produce high-quality visual content including graphics, videos, reels, carousels, motion graphics, photography.
▶️Design creative assets for social media, career pages, internal communications, and marketing materials.
▶️Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
▶️Cover and promote internal activities including employee recognition programs, sports events, celebrations, workshops, CSR initiatives, & company milestones
▶️Represent the company at university recruitment drives, career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities
