Working Hours: 9 PM to 5 AM (Pakistan Time)

Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you have 2 years of experience in email marketing and hold a bachelor's degree, we'd love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns
- Manage and segment email lists
- Create and write compelling email content
- Track and analyze email analytics
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in email marketing
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices
- Excellent writing and design skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
