Title: Onsite E-commerce Assistant (Amazon Private Label & Walmart)

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company focused on selling private label products on Amazon and Walmart. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite E-commerce Assistant to help manage marketplace operations and support daily tasks at our Karachi-based office. Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon (Private Label) and Walmart Marketplace

Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies

Coordinate and manage inventory, including preparing FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) shipments

Respond to customer inquiries, manage returns, and ensure a positive buying experience

Monitor account health and resolve performance-related issues

Conduct competitor and market research for new product ideas

Assist with packaging, labeling, and prepping inventory for shipment

Track advertising performance (PPC/Walmart ads) and assist with promotions

Stay updated with the latest Amazon and Walmart policies

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center

- Strong understanding of FBA and WFS processes

- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and eCommerce tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa)

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Must be available to work onsite, Monday to Friday in Karachi

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Registry

Understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising (PPC)

Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or Photoshop) are a plus
