Job Description

Six Equation (SEQ) is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Associate to support our branding and marketing initiatives across multiple social media platforms, including Quora, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is passionate about content creation, social media, and digital marketing. This is a remote opportunity, and the successful candidate will be working with our team across Pakistan and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to boost brand awareness and user engagement.
· Create, schedule, and publish content (text, images, and videos) across multiple platforms.
· Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to comments, mentions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
· Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital and social media marketing.
· Collaborate on creating visually compelling and on-brand content such as graphics, short videos, and written posts.
· Maintain and update a content calendar aligned with key dates, promotions, and campaigns.
· Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
· Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and brand development.
· Actively engage in relevant online forums and communities (e.g., Quora, Reddit) to build brand presence.
· Foster relationships with online audiences, influencers, and industry professionals to expand brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
· 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
· Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and brand-aligned content.
· Familiarity with major social platforms (Quora, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar platforms.
· Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and campaign analytics.
· Ability to conduct research on current digital trends, competitors, and audience behaviors.

Additional Information

Work Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (IST) / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST – U.S. Time Zone)
