Job Title: HR Executive (Female Preferred)
Location: Near 6th Road, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-time | Onsite
We are hiring a motivated and well-rounded HR Executive for our growing software house. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills along with hands-on experience in core HR functions and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
-Fast-paced recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
-End-to-end hiring: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
-Payroll preparation and coordination with accounts/management
-Support HR strategic planning aligned with business goals
-Assist in training & development initiatives
-Work on people & culture development, employee engagement, and retention
-Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation
-Act as a bridge between management and employees
Requirements:
-1.5 to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a software house
-Proven ability to close positions quickly
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
-Understanding of HR best practices and labor compliance
-Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
