We are hiring “Digital Insights Executive” at Systems Limited!

 

Responsibilities:

Participates in activation campaign/project discussions & advises team based on data capabilities & consumer insights.

Works closely with Activation, IDT, Media agencies & Technical agencies to ensure availability & accuracy of digital data.

Tracks performances & analyzes data for different brands and formats with the usage of various digital tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Search Analytics, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Salesforce, SimilarWeb, Shopify) & In-House developed AI models. Provide analysis and consolidation of all Digital Analytics (including website, Social Media, campaigns, system monitoring, surveys, dashboards etc) and provide solutions & recommendations to End Market.

Conducts social listening, trend monitoring and competitor analysis for the end markets.

Drives enhancements of current data & constantly explore new data sources/analytics tools.

Work with stakeholders gathering analytics requirements for various projects and setting up measurement strategies.

Lead analytics implementation tasks using Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch, working with developers and analytics implementation partner.

Assist CRO activities with timely data-driven analysis of test performance.

Provide forecasting expertise for annual and promotional planning.

Develop own managerial skills as identified and agreed in personal development plan.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business.

Good commercial awareness and strong understanding of consumer behavior along with BAT strategy and business model.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior and other levels of staff in all departments and companies both within the Group and externally.

Familiar with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, PowerBI.

A strong analytical focus to leverage information to support the decision-making process within the business.

Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.

Embed new initiatives and technologies in day to day activities.

Timely delivery of quality insight reports for digital touchpoints, launches & campaigns.

Ability to drive clarities & getting buy-ins from stakeholders.
