DevOps Executive

Mosafir is looking for a 'DevOps Executive'

📍 Islamabad | Onsite

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Proven experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.

- Manage and maintain Linux-based systems with expertise in installation, optimization, hardening, and troubleshooting.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.

- Work with configuration management tools such as Ansible.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

- Monitor systems using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

- Plan and support Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.

- Administer databases, including MySQL replication, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Support VAS systems such as SMS gateways, SIP trunking, and Asterisk IVR.

- Manage high-availability systems (e.g., Redis) and messaging/streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Work with containerization technologies (Docker) and cloud environments (Azure).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire technology stack.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of proven professional experience in DevOps or related roles.

- Strong Linux administration expertise.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation (Ansible).

- Hands-on experience with VAS systems and high-availability platforms.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD tools.

- Solid knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
