Deputy Manager / Manager Sewing Production - Denim

𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 / 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐦

B.Sc. Textile Engineering / MBA with 8-10 years of experience in 𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐦 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠. 

This position is responsible for overseeing all 𝐬𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠-𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 and monitoring production progress. The role includes participating in meetings with teams to align operations with the organization’s strategic goals set by top management. Key responsibilities involve managing cost-effective capacity utilization, preparing special reports as requested by senior leadership, and resolving technical and managerial stitching issues. The position also oversees the entire production process and supports both internal and external compliance and quality audits.
