1.In-depth knowledge of internal auditing standards, methodologies, and
best practices.
2. Strong grasp of financial reporting frameworks and cost accounting
principles.
3. Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in a manufacturing
environment.
4. Familiarity with the denim manufacturing process and key operational
workflows.
5. Solid understanding of IT systems, including ERP platforms, and related
internal control mechanisms.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance principles and their
practical application within a manufacturing setup..
