HBL is looking to hire a Data Engineer - CBT in Karachi within the Information Technology function, who will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, integrating datasets across multiple sources, and developing solutions for data modeling and insights. The role will design and automate infrastructure for data pipelines, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure seamless integration across ETL, ELT, API, and SQL technologies. The incumbent will also develop solutions on Cloudera (HDFS), create reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI, and build data APIs leveraging Python FAST API frameworks.
