Position: Data Analyst – Customer Experience
Faysal Bank is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience team, contributing to data-driven decision-making and service excellence.
Requirements:
Education: Data Science graduate (or equivalent)
Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and other visualization tools
Advanced MS Excel skills
PowerPoint for impactful data presentation
Basic to intermediate SQL
Experience in creating databases and interactive dashboards
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
