Bitstop.co is seeking dedicated Customer Support Representatives to assist users of our Bitcoin ATM network. The primary role is to handle incoming calls, guide customers through their transactions using a step-by-step script, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Live Support: Answer incoming calls and provide clear, friendly guidance to ATM users.

Compliance: Accurately complete and file Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) in accordance with company protocols.

Problem Solving: Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and transaction inquiries.

Documentation: Follow scripts precisely while maintaining detailed records of support interactions.

Requirements

Communication: Excellent English speaking skills with a clear, professional accent.

Technical Setup: Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and a dedicated headset.

Reliability: Availability to work U.S. after-hours shifts.

Attention to Detail: Precision in completing financial forms (CTRs) and following legal instructions.

Job Details

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Schedule: 48 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.

Shift: U.S. after-hours schedule. Specific time slots will be assigned by the CSR Manager.

Compensation: $500 per month.

Training: Full training provided.

Work Environment: Supportive and easygoing team.
