Key Responsibilities:

* Provide assistance to customers through chats and emails.

* Ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

* Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience.

* Learn and apply best practices in customer support.

Requirements:

* Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).

* Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Internship Details:

* Duration: 3 Months

* Stipend: PKR 15,000 – 25,000 (based on experience)

* Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
