We’re Hiring: Customer Support Intern
We are a growing eCommerce company seeking a motivated Customer Support Intern to join our team. If you have strong communication skills and are eager to build your career in customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance to customers through chats and emails.
* Ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience.
* Learn and apply best practices in customer support.
Requirements:
* Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Internship Details:
* Duration: 3 Months
* Stipend: PKR 15,000 – 25,000 (based on experience)
* Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
