Position Details

Position: Customer Support Analyst

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-site)

Salary: PKR 25000-35000 per month

Schedule: Flexible days, Flexible hours

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media queries in a professional and

timely manner

 Provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction

 Log and track customer interactions using internal systems

 Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes and customer experience.

 Uphold Helix Support’s service quality and communication standards

Desired Skills & Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally

* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools

* Must own a personal laptop (required for the role)

* Previous ticketing system experience for example Zendesk.

* Previous call center/customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory (training

provided)
