As part of Multitrans Logistics Pakistan's continued growth, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Customer Service & Supply Chain Operations Executive to join us.

📌 Important: This position is open to candidates based in Pakistan only.

📍 Position: Customer Service & Supply Chain Operations Executive

Location: Remote (Work from Home) – Pakistan Only

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and shipment updates.

 • Process customer orders and ensure timely execution and fulfilment.

 • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

 • Monitor shipments and proactively resolve transportation or delivery-related issues.

 • Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, and operational activities.

 • Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.

 • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

 • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or operations.

 • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

 • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred.

 • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

 • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
