Customer Service Representative (Ecommerce)

8-figure health brand (specializing in Moringa Powder Capsules and other health products) looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team long-term. You will be working alongside other CSR agents under close supervision to ensure the highest quality support.

Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT)
Location: Remote (All Pakistan) / Onsite option in Peshawar
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 (based on experience) + Overtime opportunity
Work Tracking: Hubstaff

Requirements:
2+ years’ experience with Shopify
1+ year with Checkout Champ & Recharge Subscription App
1+ year with Fulfillment Manager
Experience with Richpanel
Strong customer communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to use macros/templates for efficient email handling
Highly focused and detail-oriented (no margin for errors)

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via Richpanel with professionalism
Manage orders, subscriptions, and fulfillment issues
Ensure accuracy and speed in every customer interaction
Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards
