Customer Service Representative — Capital Smart City

Job Description:

Capital Smart City, a leading real estate organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Islamabad Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, assisting with service-related matters, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional approach to customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Assist clients with information related to services, procedures, and ongoing projects

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending cases

- Handle and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department for timely resolution

- Provide guidance to visitors and clients at the office

- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy


Requirements:

- BBA degree from a recognized institution (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications

- Prior customer service experience will be an advantage
