About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills, a background in customer support, and experience working with online platforms and order management systems.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Use online platforms to process orders, manage customer accounts, and update order status.
- Work within e-commerce systems (Shopify experience is a plus) for order tracking and customer support.
- Assist customers with product setup, order verification, and account troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery or technical issues promptly.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of customer service experience with a U.S.-based or international company.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms tools is a plus.
- Fluent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a “Can Do” attitude.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently without supervision.
- Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Fast learner with excellent organizational skills.
