Key Responsibilities✨ Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries
✨ Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate when required
✨ Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
✨ Support export/import processes & create airway bills
✨ Provide timely shipment status updates and follow up on claims
✨ Guide customers on our products and services – generate quality leads for sales

What We’re Looking For✔️ Bachelor’s degree is a must
✔️ 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience
✔️ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
✔️ A proactive, customer-first mindset
