Job Title: Customer Sales & Service Representative (Female)
Location: Remote
Role
We are looking for proactive and customer‑focused representatives to handle WhatsApp sales, assist customers, process orders, and achieve sales targets.
Key Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and close sales
Manage and update customer orders
Handle queries and complaints with professionalism
Follow up for customer satisfaction and upselling opportunities
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
Identify opportunities for repeat sales and cross‑selling
Requirements
Minimum 14 years of education
Prior sales/customer service experience is a must
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in both Urdu and English is required
Laptop in good condition and stable internet connection
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Only female candidates will be considered
Shifts
Morning: 9 AM – 5 PM
Evening: 4 PM – 12 AM
Compensation
Salary: Base + Commission
