We are hiring “Customer Sales Representative” at Systems Limited (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad).
Responsibilities
Deliver consistent customer service and strong business performance across channels (voice, chat, email).
Execute outbound campaigns with proactive ownership, ensuring complete end-to-end closure.
Monitor, modify, and validate web orders to ensure compliance with sales, distribution, and inventory parameters.
Achieve KPI measures as outlined in engagement center scorecards.
Act as an escalation point for customer problems, ensuring timely resolution through coordination with relevant teams.
Handle customer inquiries effectively, providing accurate solutions or redirection when required.
Ensure compliance with legal and data protection guidelines.
Prioritize daily work in line with service level agreements.
Log issues via Admin/IT, gather feedback, and support process enhancements.
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen customer experience.
Collaborate with National Field Sales, Trade Marketing, and Area Managers to align with channel and cycle plans.
Maintain effective communication with Field and Channel teams to address issues and identify opportunities.
Build positive business relationships through rapport building and conflict resolution.
Take ownership of personal development and actively contribute to team performance.
Share knowledge and best practices with peers.
Utilize CRM and telephony tools effectively (Salesforce, VEO, SAP ECC, Purecloud, Microsoft Office Suite).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
At least 1 year of contact center experience.
Inbound and outbound customer service experience.
Customer service-oriented with adaptability to digital tools.
Ability to manage script-led interactions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries across channels.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Strong active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
Adaptability to different customer personalities and changing situations.
FMCG sales experience preferred.
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM systems preferred.
