Key Responsibilities
1. Contact prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
2. Promote and explain the company's products and services.
3. Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
4. Respond to customer queries and provide accurate product information.
5. Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
6. Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer feedback.
7. Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
8. Resolve customer complaints professionally or escalate them when required.
9. Prepare daily sales and activity reports.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates females with strong communication skills preferred.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Salary:Market competitive plus commission (as per policy)
