Deploy Private Limited, the manufacturer and distributor of Sparx Smartphones, is committed to providing top-quality after-sales service to our customers. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Service Centre teams in Lahore, Karachi, and Rawalpindi as Customer Representative Officers (CROs).

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers visiting the service centre.
Log and process customer complaints, claims, and service requests.
Coordinate with technical staff for timely resolution of issues.
Provide accurate updates to customers regarding their service cases.
Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle warranty and non-warranty claims as per company policy.

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in electronics/mobile industry).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Basic knowledge of mobile phones and service processes will be an advantage.
