🚀 What You’ll Do

Handle incoming patient inquiries via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism.

Assist patients in booking online consultations, resolving issues, and guiding them about our services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Work closely with doctors and the support team to ensure a seamless telehealth experience.

Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.


✅ Requirements

Strong communication skills (Urdu & English, Punjabi a plus).

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare support preferred.

Tech-savvy, comfortable using apps and online platforms.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and problem-solving mindset.
