Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will customize and enhance CRM applications to improve business processes and deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions based on business requirements.

Customize and configure CRM modules, workflows, and reports.

Integrate CRM with other systems and platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure CRM functionality meets organizational needs.

Maintain system documentation and provide user training and support.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the CRM environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a CRM Developer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL.

Experience with API integrations and web services.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
CRM certification (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).

Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS).

Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
