Elite Estates Private limited (EIGHTEEN) is intending to hire the following position in Islamabad Office;

Position: CRM Coordinator/Collections

Candidate must have Good corporate experience in relevant field.
Responsible for maintaining accuracy and functionality of CRM database.
Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM system.
Develop and implement client engagement techniques that will convert new customers and retain existing customers.
Assist with organizing promotional events to reach perspective customers.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support and technical problems and resolve them.
Responsible for collections of installment payments.
Reconciliation of payments with Finance department.
Responsible for addressing clients quires.
Assist clients with the site visits.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or similar preferred.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Experience
Previous experience in data collections, administrative , or a similar role.
Experience with industry software such as ERP or similar.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
